Everything was simply perfect. Comfortable place for travelling to Puerto del Carmen and sightseeing. Superfriendly staff, and amicable as well. The facilities were good and it had everything you need. Exceptional, incredible setting near to all the shops, bars and restaurants, shops and bars.

Tea/coffee should be added.

Building is lovely, everything is fairly clean. The staff is extremely helpful and the food was fabulous. It is in a beautiful area of Puerto del Carmen, not far from restaurants and shops and the sea...

The apartment was clean and in a perfect location. There was a wonderful restaurant just walking distance from the property. I had early check-in. Excellent price for lovely place.

overall, it’s holiday base for exploring puerto del carmen tourist places. its pool was great. staff was loyal, assisted with everything. although beds were uncomfortable, we enjoyed the stay here.
